• Wholesalers: are responsible for receiving payments from retailers for the products they supply.

• Retailers: are responsible for making payments directly to wholesalers for product orders placed on the platform.

Payment Methods

Retwho supports various payment methods, depending on the wholesaler and retailer agreements. These methods are typically negotiated directly between the parties involved and are subject to their chosen payment gateways. Common methods may include:

• Bank Transfers or ACH
• Credit/Debit Cards ( Fee may apply )
• Payment Processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) ( Fee may apply )
• Other Digital Payment Methods as supported by individual vendors, ( Fee may apply )

Invoicing

• When an order is placed on Retwho, wholesalers are responsible for generating and sending invoices to retailers.
• Retailers must ensure that the payment terms outlined in the invoice are met promptly.
• Invoices should include all relevant transaction details, including the payment amount, payment method, and payment due date.

Payment Terms

The terms of payment between wholesalers and retailers may vary. Payment terms should be clearly stated in the wholesaler’s invoices and agreed upon by both parties before finalizing the order.

• Payments for products are generally due as per the agreed terms, which may be upfront, in installments, or based on other arrangements.
• Late payments may incur penalties as outlined in the individual agreements between wholesalers and retailers.

Shipping & Delivery Charges

Shipping, delivery, and related charges are separate from the cost of goods and are the responsibility of the retailer or wholesaler, depending on the agreement. Retwho is not responsible for shipping or logistics.

• Wholesalers: are responsible for determining and adding shipping charges.

• Retailers: must ensure they understand the shipping costs and payment for delivery before confirming an order.

Payment Security

While Retwho does not directly process payments, we implement various security measures to ensure the safe exchange of information on the platform:

• Encryption: We use secure encryption to protect payment-related information.

• Fraud Prevention: Retwho monitors all transactions for potential fraud and may restrict or block accounts that show suspicious activity.

Please note that Retwho is not responsible for fraud, chargebacks, or disputes related to payments made through external payment gateways.

Refunds & Disputes

Refunds and disputes related to payments must be handled directly between wholesalers and retailers as part of their transaction agreement. However, Retwho can provide support and mediation if necessary, but we do not have direct control over payment processing or refund procedures.

• Wholesalers: are required to communicate their refund policies clearly to retailers before payment.

• Retailers: must follow the agreed-upon procedures for requesting a refund or handling disputes related to payment or product delivery.

Taxation

Each party is responsible for handling their own taxes related to transactions made through Retwho:

• Wholesalers: must ensure they comply with local tax regulations when charging retailers.

• Retailers: should verify that all tax charges on products are correct as per the applicable jurisdiction.

Retwho does not collect or remit taxes on behalf of users.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If a payment dispute or chargeback arises, it must be resolved directly between the wholesaler and retailer. Retwho will assist in communication between the parties but is not responsible for the final resolution of payment disputes.
